2. Account Registration & Usage

• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• 2999det may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
• If any of your registered details change, please notify our support team promptly.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

2999det services are available to users aged 18 and over only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If an account holder is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. While deposited funds may be returned, bonuses and winnings will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2999det may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify your age. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

2999det currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.

• Any attempt to win through match fixing or other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.
• 2999det is not responsible for bets not being accepted in live betting due to network delays.
• If arbitrage betting — placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts — is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.

• Users can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account settings.

• If the account holder is underage or the account is being operated on behalf of a minor.

Whether any remaining balance is returned upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or Terms violations.
